Vietnam's smartphone market in the first half of 2020 was quite exciting with a series of new smartphones being released.
The new folding screen smartphone of Samsung has hit shelves in Vietnam from February 21 for VND 36 million. Galaxy Z Flip has a main screen that uses a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel, Full HD + resolution. When folded, the device is as compact as a makeup box.
Z Flip has a 1.1 inch external screen. This screen allows users to receive notifications, see the time, percentage of battery without opening the whole machine. The product has 2 color versions including black and purple.
On February 19, Samsung launched a trio of Galaxy S20, S20 +, and S20 Ultra products priced at VND 21,5, 24, and VND 30 million respectively. Galaxy S20 has a 6.2-inch screen, Galaxy S20 + with 6.7 inches. The Galaxy S20 Ultra uses a 6.9-inch screen, which is slightly curved. The screens of the three devices have Quad HD + resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, for smoother and smoother motion images.
Galaxy S20 and S20 + both have 12 MP main cameras, 64 MP telephoto lens and 12 MP wide angle camera on the back. Huawei Mate 30 Pro will hit shelves in Vietnam on February 23, though it still won't have Google services. To address the lack of apps on Google Play, Huawei uses its own App Gallery. Currently, this App Gallery has some basic applications such as Zalo, Facebook, banking applications ... However, the number of applications is quite small. Realme C3 hit shelves in Vietnam in early March, priced at 3 million. The device caught the eye with the triple camera system of 12 MP, 2 MP and 2 MP. Besides, the device owns a 5,000 mAh battery, 6.5 inch screen, HD +. Realme C3 uses MediaTek Helio G70 chip, 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory.
